In addition to our broker team, Centrewest also has a dedicated in-house claims department to manage all customer claims and strive for a quick and efficient settlement or outcome for our clients.
We also have a team of hard working finance and administration staff that manage the day-to-day running of Centrewest, and ensure the lights stay on!

The Claims team is lead by our Claims Manager Leonie Jackson. Working alongside Leonie are a team of experienced Claims Advisors who are there for our clients every step of the way through any claim, from lodgement through to finalisation.
